Only applicants with proven experience in warehouse management will be considered, ideally within 3PL or FMCG operations.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and inspire a large team through shift managers as direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
* Oversee end-to-end operations - from inbound deliveries and stock management to outbound orders and dispatch
* Partner with other 3PLs, carriers, and suppliers to ensure flawless service levels
* Monitor and improve KPIs, operational processes, and systems to maximise efficiency
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across the site
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, finding innovative ways to streamline warehouse operations
