Job Requirements
* Be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, security, safety and cleanliness of the school, including locking and unlocking the school.
* Carry out and record basic checks and maintain Health and Safety records.
* Support the maintenance of property and grounds, including liaising with contractors.
* Monitor site stock and order supplies.
* Have experience of DIY and ability to carry out minor repairs, general maintenance and decorating competently.
* Have knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety requirements and willingness to complete relevant Health and Safety training courses.
* Be willing to attend to exceptional cleaning duties.
* Be a team player, flexible in approach, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Be physically fit and able to move resources and furniture around the school.
