Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £100 – £130 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience without the responsibilities of full lesson planning or marking.

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
* Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
* Supervise students during both lessons and independent work.
* Ensure all classwork is completed and handed back to teachers.
* Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school routines.
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (school, coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring).
* Strong classroom presence and the confidence to lead groups independently.
* Good communication and behaviour management skills.
* A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
