About the Role As a Housing Officer, you’ll play a key part in delivering a responsive, people-focused housing management service. No two days are the same. You’ll support residents with a wide range of needs, manage property allocations and voids, promote safe and well-maintained neighbourhoods, and work proactively to resolve issues such as neighbour disputes or arrears. You’ll be the link between residents, partners, and services — helping people maintain their tenancies, access the right support, and feel proud of where they live. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver high-quality, face-to-face customer support. Manage estates, neighbourhoods, and communal spaces to a high standard. Handle resident concerns, complaints, and tenancy breaches with professionalism and care. Provide tenancy and welfare support, including income collection and arrears management. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records through Civica CX. Represent ClwydAlyn in external settings including court proceedings and case reviews. Balance competing priorities while staying organised and detail-focused. Experience We’re Looking For You’ll have experience in at least one of the following areas: Voids & lettings allocations Income recovery / arrears support Estate or neighbourhood management Handling resident or community issues A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
