What the role offers
* An 18-month Graduate Construction Pathway designed to give you hands-on exposure across key areas of the business: Construction Health & Safety Technical Development Commercial Customer Service Construction.
* You ll start and finish in the Construction team, rotating through departments to become a well-rounded construction professional.
* Opportunity to transition into a permanent Build team role upon completion of rotations.
* Likely based at a site near Swindon (within one hour of the regional office), but project-site allocation may vary.
What we re looking for
* A relevant degree (2:2 or above).
* A valid UK driving licence, because travel between sites may occasionally be required.
* A genuine passion for construction, teamwork, problem-solving and eagerness to learn across multiple disciplines.
