About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of how our business is perceived — both internally and externally. This is a senior marketing role within a well-established, quality-driven manufacturing business, offering genuine creative freedom to shape and lead our brand presence across all channels.
As Marketing Manager, you will set the creative direction, develop and deliver our marketing strategy, and act as brand guardian across the business. This is a high-impact position for someone who wants to make their mark and grow with a business that takes quality and reputation seriously.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and deliver a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals
* Manage campaigns from concept through to execution, with creative freedom to shape how the brand is expressed
* Own and manage brand presence across digital platforms including social media, website content and external communications
* Monitor, analyse and report on digital performance, using insights to continuously refine content strategy
* Create high-quality content that showcases projects, people and company values, bringing in other team members where needed
* Support photography within the facility and on site for use across marketing channels
* Lead internal communications, ensuring messaging is consistent, engaging and on brand
* Act as brand guardian across the business, advising leadership and teams on presentation and messaging
* Coordinate and maintain the events diary, sending invites and reminders and taking an active role in planning
* Attend networking events in London on a semi-regular basis
* Serve as first point of contact for visitors to the office and showroom
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong creative judgement and the confidence to set direction and make informed decisions independently. You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven experience producing high-quality content, and a solid understanding of digital platforms and analytics.
Above all, we want someone self-sufficient and genuinely motivated — someone who gets fully involved, takes ownership, and is always looking for ways to push the brand forward. Experience in a content-led or brand-focused marketing role is essential.
