Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Development Director within a growing and evolving property firm across East London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating structure and takes pride in delivering high-level executive support. You will act as a trusted partner, helping manage day-to-day operations and enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities. The successful EA will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities while working closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Full diary and inbox management Coordinating meetings, schedules, and travel Preparing reports, presentations, and documents Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of coordination Supporting governance and board administration Coordinating agendas, board papers, and meeting packs Raising purchase orders and supporting administrative processes Assisting with external enquiries and wider operational support The Ideal Candidate Will Be highly organised with strong attention to detail Be proactive and able to work independently Have experience supporting senior stakeholders Remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities Be professional, discreet, and trustworthy Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Please note due to the immediate need, this is a temporary to permanent opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and friendly team within a business undergoing exciting growth and development.
