Responsibilities
* Ensure excellent customer service is provided in every interaction with a customer, ensuring you are friendly, welcoming and helpful.
* Deliver effective product availability, replenish stock as directed.
* Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment.
* Live the company values, focusing on taking individual responsibility and working towards team delivery.
* Deliver store changes/promotions in a timely and accurate way.
* Be flexible in the hours you can work and be prepared to work shifts as required.
Qualifications
It goes without saying that youll have a passion for fashion and retail experience working in fashion or with clothing products would be a bonus. Youll certainly have an interest in working in a fast‑paced store environment like ours, be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, and live up to our values of putting our customers first. On a day‑to‑day basis you will need to use your own initiative to ensure the store is always looking great, deliveries are efficiently received, and everything is merchandised correctly.
