JOB DESCRIPTION
The Construction Delivery Engineer (CDE) shall ensure resource-loaded work orders are created in a timely manner with data extracted from the Xamin anomaly management system, and that work is scheduled appropriately via liaison with the Triton Scheduler and Triton Planner.
The CDE shall liaise closely with the Integrity Department to understand the scope and assist in defining repair methodologies. Subsequently, the CDE shall coordinate with the Dana office-based Repair Order Coordinator / SPE for incumbent construction contractors. This includes reviewing repair methodologies, destruct/construct isometrics, work-packs, job card hours (ensuring they match the work order), and reviewing all evidence and certification for work completion to facilitate proper work order close-out.
The CDE will also lead marine-related scopes associated with Triton, especially in creating and managing marine tank repairs (water ballast tanks, cargo oil tanks, diesel tanks, water tanks).
Responsibilities
* Consultant to OCS and offshore discipline services within the remit of the OCS.
* Ensure anomaly actions are thoroughly reviewed, remedials approved, and actions implemented.
* Act as the construction interface between onshore functions (engineering, procurement, planning) and offshore delivery teams.
* Prepare all construction work scopes for offshore execution, including drawings, work packs, permits, materials, and resource planning.
* Coordinate construction anomaly campaigns, aligning with asset priorities, budgets, and offshore windows, following company procedures and legislation.
* Collaborate with inspection and structural integrity teams to prioritize scope delivery based on RBI and anomaly data.
* Plan access methods (scaffolding, rope access) with contractors and site teams.
* Maintain high safety standards across activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
* Monitor progress against schedule and budget; produce performance reports.
* Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, consumables, and PPE.
* Monitor project costs for efficiencies and ensure timely invoicing.
* Provide updates in meetings and reports.
* Support change management processes related to construction activities.
* Occasionally provide offshore presence during execution for coordination and assurance.
* Cover Facility Engineer duties and Deputise for OCS as required.
Must stay updated on technical developments and maintain competence through CPD.

Thereafter, the CDE shall liaise closely with the Dana office-based Repair Order Coordinator / SPE for incumbent construction contactor. This shall include reviewing repair methodologies, destruct / construct isometrics, work-packs and job card hours (ensure they match the WO) and review of all completion of work evidence and certification to allow suitable and satisfactory WO close out upon completion of the work.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified Engineer with relevant detail design experience and significant operations involvement.
* Broad technical/operational oil and gas experience, marine experience preferable.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Current knowledge of instrument engineering, guidance, and legislation as applied by a UK NS sector E&P operator.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, leading by example.
* Commercial awareness.
