Female Support WorkerLocation: Aspatria (Cumbria)Pay Rate:Day shifts: £12.60 per hourNight shifts: £13.13 per hourShift Pattern: day and night shifts available (part-time)Make a Difference Where It Matters MostWe're looking for two compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers (one for day shifts and one for night shifts) on a full time or part-time basis to join a dedicated care team supporting a woman with complex medical needs in her family home.While she requires ongoing medical support for a tracheostomy and PEG, your role will be about far more than clinical care. It's about helping her live the best, most fulfilling life possible.Whether you're assisting with daily routines or supporting her to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, your presence will make a real impact.Clinical experience is not required, but previous experience in a care setting is essential. Full training will be provided.What You'll Be DoingYou'll provide 1:1 support as part of a small, close-knit team—focused on delivering safe, respectful, and empowering care.
