FP&A Analyst - Commercial Finance Role
£60,000 - £65,000 | Hybrid Working | Northampton
My client, a leading organisation based in Northampton, is seeking a qualified FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. This isn't your typical number-crunching role - you'll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, splitting your time between strategic financial planning and hands-on business partnering.
What You'll Do:
* Drive the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
* Partner directly with department heads to deliver actionable financial insights
* Prepare board-level management reports and commercial analysis
* Lead variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations
* Support business cases for key investment decisions
* Develop and maintain financial models to support growth initiatives
What You Bring:
* Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
* Proven FP&A experience in a commercial environment
* Strong business partnering skills with non-finance stakeholders
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
* Commercial acumen with the ability to translate numbers into business insights
* Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior management
