Acosta Europe is an exceptional business that cares about its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world, currently seeking Seasonal Field Sales Executives to represent our partner, Nestlé.
The festive season increases the demand for Nestlé products. The Seasonal Field Sales Executives will work with a team responsible for increasing Nestlé Confectionery brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK retailers. You will act as the face of the brand, conducting retail store visits within a defined territory, with responsibilities to drive brand sales, enhance turnover, and increase market share. The role aims to secure additional display spaces and maintain them throughout the season.
The role runs from September to 23rd December and offers the opportunity to work with Nestlé Confectionery across the top four grocery retailers nationwide. This is a full-time position, working 7.5 hours per day between 07:00 and 19:00.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will:
* Build relationships with key retail decision-makers (department and store managers)
* Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability, ensuring stock levels are maintained
* Ensure Nestlé’s promotional activities are implemented and products are well displayed and available
Skills you can expect to develop include Relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, Influencing Skills, and Negotiation.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in FMCG, retail, or sales environments, but motivated individuals from other sectors will also be considered. A passion for our brands and the drive to succeed are essential.
You must hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to travel within a defined territory.
