Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 5.30 pm-7.30 pm
Rate of Pay: £14.51 per hour
Location: Aecom Nottingham, 12 Regan Way, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 6RZ
Responsibilities
* Manage a cleaning team across Mitie clients.
* Recruit, train and develop staff to maintain service standards.
* Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and Health & Safety procedures are adhered to.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and manage inventories of cleaning materials.
* Address any issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to line manager when necessary.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
* Strong communication skills.
* Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently to a schedule.
* Professional attitude and knowledge of health and safety procedures.
