At Milk Education, we’re growing our Liverpool HQ and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with at least 6 months’ experience within a recruitment role, working closely with candidates, who is looking for a more purpose-driven sector, a stronger culture, and genuine long-term progression.
Education recruitment experience isn’t essential, we’re open to recruiters from any sector. Full training and support will be provided through our Learning & Development teams, Trainee Academy, and hands-on mentoring from experienced consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Sourcing and placing top education talent into schools
• Developing new business opportunities and growing your own desk
• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Working towards targets and KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment
• Learning how to grow and manage your own client base
• Becoming an expert within your market with ongoing support and development
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 6 months’ experience within a recruitment role, working closely with candidates
• Competitive, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment
