What You’ll Do
* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, with a particular focus on the Supply Planning and Response & Supply modules.
* Gather and analyse client business requirements, identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for the SAP IBP Supply Planning module.
* Configure SAP IBP core components, including master data, key figures, planning areas, attributes, and business rules.
* Drive innovations in SAP IBP Response & Supply, providing design input into TCT’s AI offerings to increase client efficiency and revenue.
* Represent The Config Team for SAP IBP – build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients.

Required Skills
* Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Minimum of three SAP IBP end‑to‑end project implementations, focusing on Supply Planning (heuristic & optimizer).
* Deep understanding of core supply chain processes: demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory management.
* Expertise in configuring SAP IBP Planning Areas, Master Data, Attributes, Key Figures, and Planning Operators.
* Proven experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning (heuristic & optimizer) and related algorithms.
* Hands‑on experience with CI‑DS and RTI for integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Desired Skills
* Experience with other IBP modules.
