Job Summary
Property Administrator role at ClarusVu Inc.
BAND 4, 37.5 hours per week, 2 years fixed term / secondment.
Responsible for efficient management of doctors residential accommodation; support the Contract Performance Manager; audit processes; budget management; communication with stakeholders.
Main Duties
* Manage accommodation budget, ensuring correct allocation and meeting annual income targets.
* Oversee on‑site residential accommodation, ensuring allocation meets user requirements.
* Issue tenancy agreements, licenses and notices.
* Manage key management system and distribute and return keys.

Qualifications (Essential)
* Good educational standard, NVQ3 or equivalent in Customer Services or Administration.
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital, housing or hotel operations environment.
Experience (Essential)
* First line management experience in an operational environment.
* Competency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and spreadsheets.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Experience in budget/finance analysis and monitoring.
* Experience presenting complex matters concisely to stakeholders.
Skills and Knowledge (Essential)
* Effective verbal and written communication.
* Teamwork and initiative.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Proficient with spreadsheets and databases; ability to design reporting systems.
