Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, kiosks, retail and events Leading, training and motivating the F&B team - including recruitment and rota management Planning and delivering events and functions, including menu input and service coordination Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and maintaining strong cost control Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety and food hygiene Managing administrative processes, staff records and online systems Working closely with senior management to meet commercial targets and operational objectives This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
