Up to £600 per week | September Start | Full-Time | Term-Time Only

A leading secondary school in Hounslow is currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
* Full-time position | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
* Earn up to £600 per week (paid on a weekly basis).
* Support students with a range of needs, including autism spectrum conditions, communication challenges, and sensory processing difficulties.
* Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support, guided by SEN professionals and school staff.
* Assist in the implementation of personalised learning and behaviour support plans.
* Promote students’ independence, emotional regulation, and social development.
* Work in partnership with educational psychologists, therapists, and SENCOs to meet each student’s specific needs.
Candidate Profile – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
* A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or a related discipline.
* A strong interest in supporting young people with additional needs in a secondary school environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with students and staff.
* Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
* Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, care work, or SEN support (desirable but not essential).
