Salary: £35,000 per annum during initial 3-month probation


Rising to: £40,000 per annum upon successful completion of probation

THE ROLE


This is not a traditional sales role.


You will be expected to identify, develop and secure commercial opportunities across the Group.


You will play a key role in helping build one of the UK’s most ambitious new media and consumer intelligence businesses.


Reporting directly to the Founder and senior management team, you will be responsible for helping drive revenue growth through sponsorships, partnerships, advertising, fundraising and commercial development.


You will also help shape the future commercial direction of the company and have the opportunity to build and lead your own team as the business grows.

Revenue Generation


* Securing sponsorship agreements

* Developing advertising revenue

* Building strategic partnerships

* Identifying new revenue streams

* Negotiating commercial agreements


Investor Relations


* Approaching potential investors

* Building investor relationships

* Presenting investment opportunities

* Supporting fundraising activities

* Managing investor pipelines


Commercial Partnerships


* Identifying potential partners

* Negotiating commercial agreements

* Building long-term relationships

* Creating strategic alliances


Business Development


* Opening new markets

* Developing new opportunities

* Expanding company reach

* Identifying scalable revenue streams


Strategic Growth


* Assisting senior management

* Identifying growth opportunities

Team Leadership

Investment introductions and successful funding rounds will attract additional bonuses.

This role offers a genuine opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key part in shaping the future direction of the business.


The successful candidate will not simply be joining a sales team — they will be helping to build one.


As the company grows, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to recruit, develop, manage and lead additional commercial and sales personnel, effectively building a team that works under their leadership.
