Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve results.
* Drive performance and sales through great customer service, VM and people development.
* Create an environment that the team thrive in and where your customers have an excellent experience.
* Enjoy what you do and show this to your team.
* Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room Management, Manual Handling and being on your feet for long periods of time.
* Take pride in your store and the VM standards.
* Analysing trends and being proactive with stock ordering and sales floor layout.
* Completing administrative task in a timely manner always following company policies and procedures.
Preferred Experience
* Computer literate and able to use all Microsoft office competently.
* Previous experience of leadership in a retail environment.
* Previous experience in a one-to-one premium sales-based environment.
* Understanding of retail KPI's.
Job Specifics
Location: Samsonite, Gunwharf Quays
Hours per Week: 32 hours per week
