We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Valuer to join a respected and growing independent estate agency in Biggleswade. The Role
As a Senior Sales Valuer, you will:
1. Conduct market appraisals and property valuations across the local area
2. Win new instructions and contribute to increasing market share
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
4. Generate new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
5. Manage the sales process through to completion
6. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
7. Work closely with colleagues to drive office performance and results
Senior Sales Valuer Requirements
8. Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
9. Previous estate agency valuation/listing experience
10. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
11. Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
12. Ambitious, proactive, and self-motivated approach
13. Excellent local knowledge of the Biggleswade market (advantageous but not essential)
