Installer Marketing Manager
We are currently looking for an Installer Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, evolving Marketing department.
You will be responsible for driving new revenue through targeted engagement and retention of installers, positioning VEKA as the systems house of choice. This role leads the development and activation of strategies designed to attract, nurture, and convert installers, using competitor insights, customer pain points, and a strong understanding of the installer journey to deliver a pull-through marketing approach.
The role manages the full lead lifecycle—from awareness to acquisition and conversion—while ensuring delivery against KPIs. A key focus is the growth and ongoing development of the VEKA Installer Programme, including campaign creation, communication management, and branded merchandise coordination to drive loyalty and long-term engagement.
The role also oversees the marketing and operational execution of the Independent Network, including website management, event delivery, digital content creation, and budget ownership, while maintaining a strong brand presence across VEKA’s online platforms.
What you'll do
1. Drive new revenue via installers.
2. Deliver the installer strategy to drive awareness of the VEKA brand to installers focusing on key pain points, leaning into competitor insight and marketing understanding to drive a pull strategy for new VEKA installers.
3. Activate and own tactical elements to strategy ensuring we are delivering on and exceeding KPIs.
4. Manage the lifecycle of the lead from acquisition to conversion supported by the Sales Support Manager to ensure conversion.
5. Grow membership of the Installer Programme via current database of VEKA installers and new installers.
6. Create campaigns that drive awareness and growth positioning VEKA as the leading systems house for installers.
7. Manage all installer communications via all channels, nurturing current members to ensure retention of them to the VEKA brand.
8. Manage all merchandise for installers ensuring consistent message and delivery.
9. Work with Customer Marketing Manager to ensure no crossover between VEKA database and customer database to ensure VEKA partner relationships remain strong.
10. Produce digital/video content to support installers.
11. Ensure all activity is reported to track against KPIs whilst maintaining oversight of bigger picture targets.
What you'll need
1. Experience in planning, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
2. Skilled in tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, and producing monthly reports to demonstrate ROI and marketing effectiveness.
3. Understanding of industry dynamics and competitor positioning to drive differentiated campaigns.
4. Experience managing websites and portals (CMS tools, SEO, UX optimization) to acquire leads and improve engagement.
5. Familiarity with managing databases, segmentation, and lifecycle communications for lead nurturing and retention.
6. Skilled in managing multi-channel communications (HubSpot, social, direct mail) to engage different stakeholder groups.
7. Capable of producing or overseeing creation of digital/video content to support campaigns and installer engagement.
8. Understanding of leveraging social media and digital platforms for brand building and acquisition.
9. Proven experience in managing customer/lead lifecycle from acquisition through to conversion and retention.
10. Ability to organize and deliver online/offline events such as AGMs, partner days, and network events.
11. Strong financial acumen to handle marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
12. Proficient in SEO, Adwords, GA4, HubSpot, social platforms, social ad platforms, CMS management.
