Division: EMEA Quality Assurance – European Centre of Operations Are you passionate about improving quality and compliance in a global healthcare leader? At Boston Scientific, we are looking for a Senior Quality Specialist to join our dynamic Quality Assurance (QA) team for 6 months contract (Maternity Leave). In this role, you will act as a key partner in driving quality system excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring patient safety and product quality. Your Responsibilities Lead, maintain, and improve the Global Quality System and Document Management System. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during internal and external audits. Drive cross-functional quality initiatives and lead compliance improvement projects (e.g. VIP, QMP, Lean, 5S). Provide guidance and mentoring on quality processes, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate on process enhancements, business application roll-outs, and training development. Apply structured problem-solving techniques to resolve and prevent quality issues. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Strong expertise in Quality Systems, Documentation Control, and Quality Engineering practices. Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
