JOB DESCRIPTION:
My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Fabric Engineer to cover 3 buildings in Liverpool, Wrexham and Bolton. They are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. They are looking for someone from an all round handyman background. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress.
This role is a permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 8am - 4.30pm. Overtime is available but not mandatory.
Daily responsibilities will include:
1. Planned and preventative maintenance
2. Looking after the fabric of the building including:
3. Minor Joinery
4. Minor plastering
5. Painting (touching up)
6. PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etc
7. Carrying out work safely and efficiently
8. Building relationships with client and contractors on site

9. Experienced Fabric Engineer / Handyperson
10. PPM experience
11. Multi Skilled
12. Reliable and can work as a team
On offer is a salary from £30,000 + holidays. Overtime is available.
