Bank Female Support Worker Location - Blackpool £13.50 per hour Gray Healthcare are recruiting a Female Support Worker within the Blackpool area to support ladies with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Conditions, who will be living independently in their own home receiving 1:1 support 24 hours a day. They will be supported by a female team on mixed shifts of days, waking nights and sleeps. Mental Health Support Worker Required Skills and Experience • Social care experience, ideally within mental health and Learning Disabilities, with some experience of supporting individuals with complex care needs. • Experience providing encouragement to a person with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and Learning Disabilities. • Experience supporting individuals with behaviours which may be considered challenging. • Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments. • You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months.
