Key Responsibilities
* Lead cladding remediation and retrofit projects through technical design and delivery stages
* Prepare technical drawings, specifications and construction information packages
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams throughout live stages
* Undertake site visits and provide technical support during construction phases
* Support compliance with UK Building Regulations and fire safety requirements
* Use Revit to maintain coordinated technical information across projects
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician on UK-based projects
* Experience in cladding, façade, remediation or retrofit projects preferred
* Proficiency in Revit with strong technical drawing capability
* Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
* Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple technical deliverables
