* Deliver high-quality care and support services for children and families.
* Manage assessments, care plans, and casework with professionalism.
* Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Care Wales Registration (essential).
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Experience in children’s social care, ideally with care and support plans.
* Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
