The Role
* Work on live projects from day one, gaining exposure across a variety of sectors.
* Provide detailed, coordinated, cost‑efficient public health design advice, including specification drafting, calculations, reports and standards compliance.
* Produce designs for above and below ground drainage systems and hot and cold‑water services.
* Work across all projects, integrating with Mechanical/Electrical, Acoustics, Lighting, Sustainability, Utility Infrastructure and Fire Engineering teams.
* Use CAD and Revit modelling software, conduct site surveys, research emerging technologies and undertake continuous CPD.
* Produce calculations, drawings, reports and specifications, attend meetings, and visit construction sites.
About You
* Expected or achieved a 2.1 degree (IMechE or CIBSE accredited) in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
* Additional postgraduate qualification or work experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
* Understanding of CAD or comparable modelling software.
* Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
* Adept at working both independently and in a team.
* Friendly, ambitious, confident, and flexible with a resilient approach.
