Job Overview
A leading name in the healthcare industry is expanding its commercial function and is hiring a Procurement Manager to own a broad portfolio of indirect procurement categories that keep hospitals and healthcare centres running smoothly.
Responsibilities
This role will cover FM, estates, professional services, IT, HR, corporate services, utilities, soft FM and operational support services. They will lead strategic sourcing, RFPs, contracting, supplier reviews and cost optimisation across a large, diverse spend profile.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in indirect procurement in healthcare, public sector, or large complex organisations
* Great commercial judgement and analytical decision‑making
* The ability to influence senior operational stakeholders
* Experience delivering value through category strategies and process improvement
* An agile, proactive approach to managing multiple projects at pace
