Join Jinding Real Estate as our new Sales Manager – NSW and play a pivotal role in driving project sales while hosting and guiding clients through their property journey! As the Sales Manager, you will: Lead and grow sales of off-the-plan residential projects in Sydney. Host and guide visiting clients, providing seamless support from airport pick-up to settlement. Organise and lead project tours, site inspections, and local sightseeing. Build strong relationships with clients, clearly explain project details, and nurture them through the sales process. Provide cultural introductions and answer client questions with patience and professionalism. Ensure client safety, comfort, and satisfaction at all times. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for transport, accommodation, and event arrangements. Collect and record client feedback and requirements for future follow-up. Generate regular sales and program reports.
