About the Role
Little Larges Day Nursery is looking for a caring, energetic and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in providing a safe, fun and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality childcare and early years education.
Main Duties
* Provide outstanding care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 years
* Support children’s emotional, social and educational development
* Plan and carry out engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers and staff
* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies are followed at all times
* Observe, monitor and record children’s progress
* Support meal times, sleep routines and daily care needs
* Help maintain a clean, safe and stimulating environment
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about childcare and child development
* Reliable, positive and professional attitude
* Safeguarding and paediatric first aid training preferred
* Experience working in a nursery setting preferred
