If you’re done with site work, want better work–life balance, and like the idea of passing your skills on, this is the perfect next step. No teaching experience needed – they’ll fund it. What you’ll be doing Training and assessing apprentices on Electrical Level 2 & Level 3 programmes Supporting learners through practical and theory tasks Tracking learner progress and completing the associated admin (Awarding Body & College standards) Using your industry experience to help develop confident, workplace-ready apprentices Working Monday to Friday, regular hours — no weekends, callouts or overtime What they’re looking for Level 3 Qualified Electrician Industry experience (installation, maintenance, testing etc.) Assessor Award (A1/TAQA) — or willingness to work towards it Someone who enjoys supporting and developing others Benefits Up to 27 days holiday bank holidays Free parking On-site Starbucks, gym, sports hall & fitness classes If you’re an electrician considering a move off the tools or want to know more about what a training/assessor role looks like please apply.
