SeekingqualifiedRetrofit Assessors based in the North East- 3-5 days availability
The Opportunity:
* Volume of1020Retrofit Assessments per week
* Pre-booked Appointments.
* Work within theSHDF Scheme, producing accurate and compliant reports to support installation projects.
* Assess a range of measures includingEWI and Loft Insulation.
Requirements:
* Qualified Retrofit AssessorwithECMK(essential).
* Good knowledge of PAS 2035 standards.
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
Desirable Experience:
* ConductingTechnical Surveys(EWI + Loft).
* Job modellingto support retrofit design and compliance.
* Asbestos Awareness Certificate
* Manual Handling Certificate
