Accounts Assistant – Full time (Part time considered) – Swanage
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Department. The role will ideally be full time, but part time (minimum of 28 hours) may be considered). This entry level role will be fully office based at our Swanage branch. Please note that there is no opportunity for remote working.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 12 months’ recent accounts experience, preferably gained within a busy legal practice although this is not essential as training will be given.
You must be fully computer literate with good Excel skills and preferably be part qualified (AAT) or studying towards this qualification (or similar). You will be highly organised with previous administration experience, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Suitable candidates must be proactive with a good eye for detail and be able to communicate effectively with their immediate colleagues whilst working to strict deadlines.
