Clinical Deputy Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on exp)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Hours: Full-Time

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Duties:
* Support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing care home, ensuring smooth and effective management.
* Provide clinical support to all staff
* Conduct monthly clinical audits to ensure quality and compliance.
* Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and effectively manage identified risks.
* Report any safeguarding concerns promptly.
* Ensure accurate reporting and maintain required documentation.

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:
* The ideal Clinical Deputy Manager will already be working in a deputy management, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse role.
* Must have experience working in nursing homes.
* The Clinical Deputy Home Manager must be competent clinically.
