You’ll organise staff rotas, carry out site inspections, support mobilisations and keep everything running smoothly day-to-day.
What you’ll do:
• Manage cleaning teams and supervisors
• Keep contracts on target with KPIs/SLAs
• Carry out audits and quality checks
• Handle client communication and problem-solving
• Manage stock, equipment and basic budgeting
What you need:
• Experience in cleaning/FM
• Strong people and client-facing skills
• Good organisational and IT skills
• Knowledge of H&S and COSHH
• Driving licence preferred
