About The Role: Role and Responsibilities: You will be required to provide administrative, financial, and project management support to ensure an efficient and professional facilities service to our client, its staff and visitors in accordance with Company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for all key administrative tasks, with a particular focus on financial and contractor management of the contract. In addition, it will be advantageous if you have the ability to undertake some site maintenance tasks. This includes, but is not exclusive to: Provide effective cost management control and budget planning Plan and organise routine maintenance work. Participate in an Health Safety and Environmental culture. Administer a Permit to Work system. Review, understand and approve risk assessments and method statements. Management of subcontractor's. Administer Statutory Compliance requirements. Organise Site Inductions. Routinely undertake walk around / building and estates inspection. Reactive site maintenance Helpdesk & Building Services Management. Reporting and weekly meeting with management. Key Qualities: Be able to communicate with people at all levels in the business. Proven experience of using Microsoft Office packages, with a specific focus on Excel. Possess good organisational skills. Committed to providing excellent customer service. Ability to translate financial information onto spreadsheets, and balance against budget. Health, Safety & Environment – a basic knowledge of office safety essential but preference for a working knowledge.
