Package Up to £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Excellent company benefits Why This Role Matters As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the workshop. This isn’t just about managing service appointments—it’s about building trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience every time. What You’ll Be Doing Acting as the relationship manager for service customers Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Coordinating with the workshop to deliver timely and efficient service Supporting the wider service team with leadership and mentoring Setting customer expectations and keeping in touch throughout the service or repair Upselling additional products and following up to ensure customers are happy with the work carried out What We’re Looking For Previous customer-facing service experience is essential Experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Why join us?
