The Role
As Social Media Manager for two of our most established brands, Abu Garcia and Berkley in EMEA, you’ll bring our brands to life across social platforms, connecting millions of anglers to our stories, products, and community.
You’ll join a dynamic marketing team, working cross-functionally to deliver engaging, authentic, and performance-driven content. With an understanding of the regional markets, you’ll work closely with the Head of Social Media, brand activation team, and Ambassador Coordinator. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution ensuring both brands maintain a strong and authentic presence across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
About you
* You'll bring at least 3 years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency, or media platform.
* You'll have a strong understanding of what performs on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and are comfortable translating insights into content improvements.
* You are comfortable working with ambassadors and creators, aligning their content with brand storytelling and campaign goals.
* You have experience using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing platforms, and have a strong eye for composition, copy, and platform-native storytelling.
* You are organized and able to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* You are fluent in English, and additional European languages are a plus.
* You have a genuine interest in fishing and outdoor culture, and understand the community and mindset of anglers.
