About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Kettering is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery with a capacity of 112, providing a family-oriented environment where staff feel welcomed from day one. Our experienced management team fosters a vibrant learning atmosphere, featuring an on-site Forest School and allotment. Located in a quiet area with ample parking and nearby amenities, we offer free parking and lunch for our employees. Plus, we provide excellent career progression opportunities with a variety of fully funded courses. Flexible working options include 40 hours per week, with the possibility of four longer days and one half-day off each week.

Role Responsibilities
What to Expect as a SEN Nursery Practitioner:
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and care needs while building strong family connections.
Required Qualifications
To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
