ABOUT THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES As a Passenger Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future of our B2B2C Passenger products, which serve our taxi operators and their customers. You’ll play a critical role in understanding business and customer needs, translating them into an actionable product roadmap and well-prioritised backlog. You'll be the voice of the customer internally, using data and feedback to drive continual improvement of our apps and services. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams including Innovation, UX, Development, Sales, Marketing and Onboarding to ensure our products not only meet customer expectations but also provide commercial value for our operators. From refining user stories in Jira, to measuring success post-launch, you’ll be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle.
