We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Paediatric Complex Care Support Workers/HCAs to join a home-based care package supporting twin siblings with complex medical needs. Location CM9 Essex Shift Pattern 7 days a week available Day shift: 11:00 20:00 (9 hours) Night shift: 21:00 07:00 (10 hours) Flexible and regular rota options available. About the Package You will be supporting twin siblings living at home with their family. Both children were born extremely premature and require ongoing respiratory support and complex care. Clinical Needs Include: Twin 1: Tracheostomy (Size 4 / cuffless) NIV/CPAP overnight Oral feeding Medication administration Twin 2: NIV/CPAP overnight Gastrostomy feeding Oral feeding Epilepsy management Buccal Midazolam administration Requirements To be considered, you must have: - Previous complex paediatric experience - Confident with CPAP/NIV - Experience with tracheostomy and/or gastrostomy care - Comfortable working within a family home environment - Excellent communication and documentation skills What We Offer Weekly pay Flexible shifts with ongoing stability Referral bonus scheme In-house clinical training and ongoing support
