The Role: You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, servicing, repair, and fabrication of marine equipment and associated mechanical systems. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical ability and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and fabrication work Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions Supporting routine servicing schedules Working from technical drawings where required Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality Working collaboratively within a small, skilled team Requirements: Proven experience as a technician, mechanic, fabricator, or similar role Strong mechanical and/or fabrication skills Experience with marine, automotive, or similar machinery (preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (for fabrication roles) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and commitment to sa...
