This is a superb opportunity for someone with solid property management experience to work flexibly while playing a key role in a busy lettings department. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-organised, and have a strong understanding of lettings legislation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and suppliers Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs Carrying out periodic property inspections and reporting findings Ensuring legal compliance (e.g., safety certificates, tenancy notices) Organising tenancy renewals, move-ins, and check-outs Keeping records updated and using CRM/property management systems Supporting the wider lettings team with administrative tasks What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property management ARLA qualification desirable (but not essential) Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance Excellent communication and telephone manner Calm, professional, and decisive under pressure Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong team player with a customer-first approach Willingness to stay up to date with legislation and training Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What's In It For You?
