Legal Business Support Recruitment Specialist | Birmingham, West & East Midlands
Location: Leamington Spa - Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post‑completion.
* Manage a caseload of files throughout the conveyancing process.
* Draft and prepare legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
* Conduct property searches and review search results.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
* Submit Land Registry applications and handle post‑completion requisitions.
* Update Lender Management Systems and progress files to closure and archiving.
* Minimum 12 months experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and post‑completion procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and case management systems.
* Excellent client care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
