About the role
To coordinate and issue Cornwall Housing Internal communications as deemed necessary by the Managing Director, Executive Directors or Heads of Service and to support the Content and PR Officer to develop external communication materials for residents and other stakeholders.
To actively manage Cornwall Housing’s presence and messaging on Social Media Channels. Work with the Customer Service Centre and SLT members to improve the proactive messaging for our customers and provide responses to messages left on those platforms.
About you
To be successful, you’ll be/have:
1. Relevant marketing/media/design qualifications or experience
2. Experience of delivering marketing and communication campaigns
3. Excellent attention to detail and IT skills

Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least - day/s per week.
