We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and hard working Brand Marketing Manager / Lead Generation Guru to join our team. You will be a central part of our business, playing a crucial role in driving and delivering a marketing strategy for the brand.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across media platforms promoting our service to guests and new property owners alike.
You will be a data driven, results' focussed individual with a keen eye on the detail. You will be a self-starter looking for an opportunity to move a brand forward (quickly) towards a market leading position and ideally you'll be quite competitive because the marketplace we operate is quite congested.

KPIs include booking volumes, rental values, property portfolio size (recruitment and churn), brand visibility and customer reviews, plus others.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
* Optimise website content and user experience to enhance online visibility and drive bookings including third party sites.
* Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Work with our external agencies to deliver a high performing website with PPC and SEO management to drive revenue.
Content Creation:
* Create compelling and engaging content for online platforms, including property listings, blog posts, digital guidebooks and social media updates.
* Create appealing marketing materials.
Social Media Management:
* Manage and grow social media presence across the usual platforms.
* Develop and implement social media campaigns to build brand awareness and engage with our audience.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
* Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, travel bloggers, and other relevant industry stakeholders.
* Oversee the PR plans and execute to promote on-brand messages.
* Identify events and promotions that would help support our business goals.
* Negotiate and manage collaborations to expand our reach and drive bookings and property portfolio.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
* Implement CRM strategies to nurture guest relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
* Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings.
Market Research:
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
* Use market insights to make data-driven decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
Ad hoc:
* Ad hoc support of the business as required
Qualifications/Experience:
* Experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms and content creation software.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
