Coordinating and conducting property viewings
Scheduling property valuations
Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements
Carrying out tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
Preparing tenancy documentation
Assisting with property sales negotiationsIdeal Candidate Will Have:
A target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude
Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicleAdditional Information:
This position includes Saturday working, with a day off during the week every other week
