Chef de Partie Needed for a Outstanding Local Produce venue - 3.5 days per week!
Our amazing client, a very unique kitchen creating fresh 1-2 rosette relaxed British cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Chef de Partie who can operationally lead their section. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will be part of a team of 6 chefs while reporting to a Head chef. This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
