This team is one of the largest and most respected in the City, advising major global clients on complex data protection, cybersecurity, and technology matters. The work includes advising on international data transfer regimes, GDPR compliance, data breach response, and regulatory investigations, as well as broader technology and telecoms mandates. At this level, the firm is looking for an Associate with a strong grounding in data privacy or cybersecurity, who is also keen to broaden their practice across commercial and technology-related work. The team places a strong emphasis on developing well-rounded lawyers who can advise across the full TMT spectrum.
